Hi doctor, i am suffering low platelets count day by day- 1.35 to 1.20 and now its 101 in lab test, please suggest me, to increase the count. thank?

Thrombocytopenia: The causes for low platelets include both production abnormalities and accelerated destruction. The count you provide is lower than normal but not tlife threatening. Accelerated destruction more common . You need to see physician nothing you can do to improve.

High platelets and RBC according to the lab who ran them, but my doctor never mentioned it to me? Accidentally found out by looking at my records. Platelets range from 389 to 420. With a family history of cancers shouldnt this be a red flag?
