Need more info: In order to give you any meaningful guidance, i would need more information. Describe the pain. Where is it? When does it occur? How often? How long does it last? Have you had previous abdominal problems or surgery?

See your doc: With your history of breast cancer and now bloating, i would see your doc for a detailed exam. Another option would be to see your gynecologist. Hope this helps.
