Always possible: The symptoms you describe can be associated with early pregnancy as well as the hormonal changes that can occur just before a period starts. If you've had 2 negative tests, unlikely that you're pregnant, but it's still possible. When cycles are irregular it can become hard to determine when you are fertile. You could have been pregnant for a few days and then miscarried right away too.

Pregnancy symptoms: If your test is negative, then you are not pregnant. If you are still in doubt, repeat in 2 weeks, provided the symptoms persist and no period yet. Has anything changed in your daily routine that may have caused delayed period? Brown discharge could be the period but just different this month. Again, repeat pregnancy test in 2 weeks first and go from there.
