Many possibilities: If you mean rosacea, that would be an uncommon distribution for it. Possibilities include eczema (if it itches), ringworm (if it doesn't), an allergic response to something you came in contact with, and many other less common things. A dermatologist can give you a precise diagnosis after directly examining the rash.
