Take the kid to ER!: Stones are a known complication of pkd. If your child is vomiting and has low temperature, i would highly recommend taking him/her to the er for eval. It could be a stone; and it could be a superimposed infection as well. Obstruction+infection is a medical emergency! I am pretty sure that IV fluids +/- antibiotics might be warranted in this situation!
