Sounds dangerous: Sorry to hear of your loss. Your daily vomiting is very worrisome. Please see your primary care physician and tell him/her about this. The blood indicates that you could have irritated/injured your esophagus or stomach. You may also benefit from working with a therapist regarding your asperger's and relationships. If your vomiting is self-induced, you need ongoing care for eating disorder.

Vomiting : Symptoms indicate something is irritating your GI tract, whether something u took or drank, which needs to be looked at. Visit your doctor for checkup.
