Get help now: If you have access to healthcare, you should be evaluated to see the source of your bleeding. The bleeding could be coming from the stomach, esophagus, or duodenum (first part of the small intestine). Alcohol, tobacco, aspirin, Ibuprofen and other anti-inflammatories can all contribute to the risk of this bleeding. When severe, this can be life-threatening. If you can't quit drinking, get help now.
