Wellen's syndrome?: Wellen's syndrome is an ekg pattern pointing to left anterior descending coronary artery stenosis in people with unstable angina. In the original study, 18% of such patients showed this ekg sign. Please consult your own physician who can examine you and discuss findings, rather than worry about this by yourself. At 29, if in good health & not doing certain drugs, it's an unlikely problem.
