Primary: At your age it would be extremely unlikely to have a cardiac etiology for your chest pain unless you have significant medical issues. Check with your primary MD.

May be reasonable: Congratulations on quitting smoking! While the chest pain and left arm pain may not be from your heart (e,g. may be from muscle and/or joint issues), it is reasonable to see your doctor soon and discuss getting a stress test. If you have progressive symptoms, especially if accompanied by shortness of breath, go to the ER as lung problems such as a blood clot in the lung may also cause these.
