Probably so: No birth control method is 100%. Repeat the test tomorrow. If still positive, see OB doctor very soon, especially if any abdominal pain. Half of pregnancies after (failed) tubal ligation will be tubal or ectopic pregnancies. If so, this will never progress to normal pregnancy and needs immediate medical intervention.
