Independent toddler: Offer and don't force foods and beverage, however, provide as best of a "balanced" diet as you can. Remember, toddler's are not sophisticated with varieties of foods like most adults. Consider creative ways to introduce food items. If milk is an important liquid to offer in your home, try mixing with flavors or create a smoothie. Don't let him see you stress out!
