?: Unsure what you mean with your question. If you mean it's prodrome (early presentation), the symptoms can widely vary and group a beta-hemolytic strep can masquerade as a lot of other illnesses. However, sore throat, sometimes fevers, frontal headache, stomach ache, vomiting and nausea, sandpapery rash are all seen.
