No: Many a times you may have abnormal findings but not all of them lead to a biopsy . However, i would advise an appointment with a breast surgeon. Mri also may be helpful.

No, each one: is probably an independent event. It sounds like your mammogram may be difficult to interpret, do you have mammographically dense breasts?
