No: If that works we would do this. We don't because it doesn't work. The rheumatoid arthritis patient needs immediate referral to a rheumatologist to initiate rapid therapy to suppress and control their arthritis. Early dmard and biologics are more efficient when started as early as possible.

Question for rheumatologists : we can give nsaids and low dose corticostiroids together for patient on RA waiting for dmards to take its efficacy ?
