My sister has a skin rash it is white in color we think it could be a fungus most of it is on her hands and feet please help on what she can do for it to clear it up she has been fighting it for awhile?

If it is a fungus: An antifungal cream should be helpful. If she has been treating for a while - then try changing medications or perhaps the diagnosis is incorrect.
