HandFootMouthDisease: It is very hard to say what it could be without looking at the rash with naked eye.The type of rash you describe blisrters without fluid limited to hands and feet may be Hand Foot and Mouth Disease and you may have some blisters in your mouth.I suggest you get it checked by your doctor if it gets worse.It is self limiting condition caused by coxsachie virus if that's what it is.Common in children
