Not a U.S. drug: Buclizine is an antihistamine and anticholinergic, and it is considered to be an antiemetic (decreases nausea or vomiting). The big question is why a person would need an appetite stimulant and why the need to gain weight (the doctor can evaluate to see if there is any medical condition causing such problems). Not sure if there is any evidence that buclizine actually stimulates appetite.
