Maybe, but uncommon: Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) is a rapid heart rate of 150 beats per minute, or higher. A patient may feel he has a pounding heart. He may also be short of breath, breathing fast, or feeling dizzy. Fainting and having a seizure due to less blood flowing to his brain, is also possible. If he has these symptoms for the first time, he should call 911 for an ambulance (not drive to the hospital).

Svt: no it should not, but rarely may potentially trigger an epilepsy episode in someone who already has epilepsy.
