Clean needles and..: If he is not ready to quit, there isn't much you can do. Don't give up on him, though. He will one day. You should talk to your family, friends, resources in your community to come up with new strategies to help him quit. In the meantime, encourage him to at least get clean needles (there are free-needle exchange programs--bring in dirty needle, get new one, no question asked). Good luck.
