Severe jock itch. i have been using travocort cream, it seems to help. however, it comes back within a week i stop using travocort. best treatment?

Use anti-fungal only: Travocort is a combination of both an anti-fungal and a steroid cream. The steroid can decrease inflammation but also lead to rebound irritation. So stick with a single drug treatment consisting of just an antifungal only w/o any steroid. There are plenty of these available over-the-counter w/o prescription. Just ask your pharmacist to point out some options. Failing that, go see your dermatologis.
