I had some vaginal itching about 2 months ago. the gynae gave me gyna-daktarin vaginal cream. unfortunately the itching is back with a condensed milk type discharge. what over the counter treatment is available?

Try azole derivative: Monistat-3 ( miconazole) or Terazol ( terconazole) -3 vaginal suppositories or cream with applicator., if not allergic to these medicines. Itching with white discharge suggests a yeast infection; however, if having unprotected intercourse, get an STD screen.No thong underwear, no oral oral penile sex for 1 week. Cotton boxers. Good luck.
