Usually not: Implantation normally occurs 7 to 9 days after ovulation fertilization.

Unlikely: Implantation will happen about five days after the egg is fertilized. If you have a 24d cycle then you likely ovulate on day 10, which means that you would have implantation related bleeding on days 15-20. Your bleeding sounds like it's on day 28-30 and so if you're pregnant that may be related to the placenta/pregnancy irregularity/even an ectopic but hard to say without an ultrasound.
