Hi it has been 5weeks since i have miss my period can i be pregnant? i have cramping off and on but no bleeding, should i see implation bleeding.

Possibly : It's possible you're early in pregnancy. Have you taken a pregnancy test? Many things can cause cramping like that. If it were implantation bleeding it would have happened a couple weeks ago.
