Your urine, right?: If you are not taking any antibiotics and a culture is negative, you should see a specialist (urologist). Also, if you are female, are you sure that the urine samples did not have any vaginal discharge in them? If they were done any time near a period, it might be worth repeating in the middle of your cycle or while you are wearing a tampon!
