A member asked:

65yo woman routine ua shows small blood, slightly cloudy, color red (sample was pale yellow when void) few bacteria all else neg. results read no rbc. is this anything to worry about or just have retested in a few months at next visit.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The color change and absence of red cells (blood) in urine that is red leads me to believe that the lab confused the specimens. I would have my urine retested. Symptoms should determine whether or not f/u is necessary.
