Insignificant amount: Advil (ibuprofen) has about 85% absorption and has half-life about 2-4 hours. So, assume it is 4 hours half life: 85% of 400mg (two advils) =340mg absorbed. In 4 hours, you have 170mg left, in 8 hours there is 85mg, and at 12 hours only 42.5mg left. 42.5mg total in an adult is not adequate to do much at all. Having fun learning. Knowledge is power! good luck.
