You : You may well have fractured your nasal bones. That could be what's causing the pain. If the nose is twisted and/or there is difficulty breathing or if the pain persists then you should see an ENT doctor.

See : See a doctor if the nose is crooked or unstable, or you have trouble breathing through the nose. Also, if you are unsure of its function or its looks, see a doctor. If it is crooked, you may need a straightening procedure that can either be performed in the office under local or in the operating room. Failure to see a physician can lead to an undiagnosed deformity or hematoma that can lead to permanent change of appearance and function. Hopefully you will be able to heal without any intervention, but seeing a doctor can give you some reassurance about the ultimate result.
