I went to bed with a mild headache took advil (ibuprofen) pm..woke up with a ha that gradually got worse. took nap..and still got a ha. why won't it leave? pms?

Headache: headaches have many causes. It's hard to say what is causing yours without more specifics. Here are some general guidelines: try staying hydrated; try acetaminophen; avoid sugar, salt, junk food. if that's not working you should go be seen by a provider in person.
