You should : Contact the doctor who put it on and ask them what you should do. If you can't get a hold of him, then you need to make sure the cast is not causing a problem like cutting off circulation, or impinging on a nerve ( you would feel numbness, shooting or burning.) or possibly irritating your skin causing an abrasion or ulceration. If so an urgent care center can make a posterior splint for you.
