My sympathy!: Stay away from small children. Wash your hands often throughout the day. Avoid people who sneeze, cough or sound stuffy. Colds are miserable and easily caught. Some people are incubating and contagious before they even show symptoms, thus a risk for you. Regarding your heart, no one has ever died of a cold. Hope you feel better soon!
