?: Have you have a tbi? If so, it is theoretically possible. See your doctor for an evaluation.

Possibly: There are many causes of decreased hearing. Tbi is one of the potential causes. A patient can have some injury to the temporal bone which houses the hearing mechanism. This can lead to the decreased hearing. The more severe the tbi, the more likely that there may be an associated hearing problem.
