Lymph node: Lymph nodes can enlarge and remain so for extened periods of time.Generally benign if freely movable nontender firm but not rock hard. Addionally could be skin structure such as lypoma a fatty tumor or inclusion cyst (ingrown hair). The final diagnosis lies in the hand and mind of your physician.
