See a doctor : You should see a podiatrist or dermatologist. It could be a reaction to a medication, dermatitis, a fungal infection, an allergic reaction, or circulation related. The doctor will be able to tell the difference.

See a doc ASAP: In the meantime take an antihistamine like benadryl (diphenhydramine). Sounds like an allergic reaction. Maybe, doc can help you figure out to what and confirm the diagnosis.
