Get help: Not a good venue for an answer to such a complicated problem. Find help in your community, look for a woman's shelter, or counseling center.

Counselling: No individual advice can be given, but in general isolation, anxiety, depression, and helplessness tend to rob people of perspective. Men who tend to dominate or abuse women may tend to isolate them from families and resources adding to low self-esteem and sense of helplessness. Talking to a doc for referral to community resources & counseling and talking to family and friends reduces isolation.
