Yes: Ruling out/ruling in a pregnancy needs to really be the first step. If you are pregnant, you'll need to take the appropriate steps for that. If you are not pregnant, you could still benefit from a thorough exam and maybe even some blood tests. The symptoms you describe could be caused by many things. I think i may have split personality disorder or maybe did. I have various mood swings sometimes i am happy. Sometimes I am sad and depress i cry a lot which is like most of the time and there are times when i get into a temper and wanna do crazy things.
