Cardiac arrest: Thirty minutes of arrest is a very long time. Hypothermia suggests brain injury. There are therapies directed at saving neurological function with induced hypothermia. A good sign cerebral edema has not occurred supportive care prognosis guarded. I hope things go favorably.
