Unlikely. : If you have had a tubal ligation then it is very unlikely that you can pregnant without the aid of a physician. It is possible in a small number of patients to become pregnant after tubal ligation. But if you do spontaneously get pregnant you would need to be evaluated immediately to determine if you have an ectopic pregnancy.

No: This at a minimum would require you have the tubes re-connected,but they might not work well. If you got pregnant, it could get stuck in the altered tube and you could die from a ruptured tubal pregnancy.If you have the $$$ & bypass the tubes by having a fertility center insert an embryo in your womb, you might have a successful pregnancy.
