Fresh eggs: From your age i assume you still have a basket full of chances. It may be technically a problem as getting tubes to work again after they were tied is not always successful. A fertility dr could help you ovulate & harvest some eggs through a laparoscope. Your husbands sperm could be added to the eggs and the resulting embryos placed into your womb. Difficult & expensive but possible.

Do this right: You need to be working with several experts with this attempt at conception. Reattaching tubes is very difficult, but thee are options such as egg retrieval and in vitro fertilization. But you also need to make sure you are psychologically ready, as these methods are by no means a sure thing and you need to be ready to deal with those feelings of loss you experienced 4 years ago.
