I feel a hard bump on the roof of my mouth and i get this every year. is it from allergies. it hurts to press on it.

Unlikely: Of course if it comes on every year at the same time then it could be an allergy but this is very unlikely. Get this lump evaluated by an oral surgeon since it might need to be biopsied.

Need to see: Have a dentist look at this. Hard bumps don't generally come and go. This may be something that needs treatment.
