Three options now: Three options: live with it, yag laser, and vitrectomy. You need an exam to establish that it is the floaters that are the cause of your concern. Remember there are risks with every surgical procedure, but vitrectomy is safe in good hands. It is considered a last resort and most are encouraged to wait it out.
