Does having anemia causes finger numbness?

If pernicious: An anemia caused by b-12 deficiency can cause a peripheral neuropathy amongst other issues. But many other anemias are less likely to cause nerve dysfunction. Might have your internist sort this out. Perhaps you have a co-morbidity, such as carpal tunnel having no relationship to your anemia.

Neuropathy & anemia: Certain anemias like B12 deficiency, copper deficiency, lead deficiency and vitamin c deficiency can be associated with neuropathy. Diabetes can lead to neuropathy and anemia of chronic disease or renal failure. Certain porphyrias can present with both symptoms as well.
