Does it work ?: Well, it has Ibuprofen in it which is an anti-inflammatory agent, and Methocarbamol which is a muscle relaxant and if indeed it does work, this information should be self explanatory.

Combination: It is a combination of Ibuprofen which reduces inflammation and methocarbamol, a skeletal muscle relaxant to reduce muscle spasm.
