Discuss with MD: Not much experience with the combination drug here in the usa just yet. It is much more commonplace to find in canada, however, the medications that it is made from can be quite effective for mild low back discomfort but should be under the direction of your doctor. Ibuprofen and Methocarbamol (robaxin).
