Possible Infection: Sounds like you might have the earliest signs/symptoms of a viral infection. Keep tabs on this, if it gets worse, see a doctor.

Symptoms: Your description sounds like you have more than one unrelated issue going on. The ear ache and pink eye may be related to a viral infection but this would not be related to the eczema flare. Some patients report flares in eczema with stress or illness though. See your regular doctor for further evaluation.
