Yes: Most pregnant women are exceptionally healthy, and handle a pregnancy without difficulty. But, believe it or not, pregnancy can put a huge amount of stress on a heart over 9 months, so any cardiac symptoms should not be ignored. Skipped beats, extra beats, chest pain, or unexplained shortness of breath should be brought to the attention of your doctor.
