Consult urologist: Also your ob. Hydronephrosis 2 weeks after conception must have been there feore conceiving. Bright red blood in urine is either due to a UTI which needs to be treated or could be related to the hydronephrosis. Working 9 hours/day when pregnant is also probably too much. Something only you & your employer can take care of. Good luck.

UTI: You may have a urinary tract infection or a kidney stone. Both conditions require immediate attention during pregnancy. If you have an infection, the treatment usually consists of antibiotics. If you have a kidney stone which may be blocking the flow of urine from the hydronephrotic kidney, you may need to have a small stent placed between the kidney and the bladder.
