Krill oil: Krill oil is a fish oil. High doses of fish oil-which have blood thinning properties- have been associated with hematuria, especially if on other blood thinning medications. One could lower the dose. Would discuss the results with doctor /urgent care as other issues can cause hematuria - chronic prostatitis, recent sexual activity, kidney dysfunction/ mass- and should be ruled out.

Not likely: It is not likely, but possible. Go ahead and stop the krill oil and then recheck your urine in a couple of weeks. If all is clear, then maybe your need to stay off. If the blood is still there, then you need a work-up to see why. Take care.
