Put them up: One way to reduce swelling is to prop them up. Place a pillow or two under your ankles and that should help, but temporarily. More importantly, visit your doctor to learn the cause of the swelling. It could be medication you are taking and needs to be adjusted. There can also be circulation issues causing it.
