Possible repair: Septal perforations less than 1 cm can be repaired if the surrounding tissues are healthy and Cocaine use has been stopped. Flaps of tissue can be moved around to close the hole. Larger holes may need to be treated with septal plugs to prevent whistling or with conservative topical treatment to control crusting.
