Decision making: The process itself involves deciding what it is good for you and whether you are good for it. This is more difficult than it seems because there are many things that factor into the decisions. Too many things to go over in 400 words. The process itself is highly technical and is best done by an orthopaedic foot and ankle surgeon. For more information: www.Orthodoc.Aaos.Org/footankl.
